The Parish Pastoral Council is made up of lay people in collaboration with the Parish Priest to look into the pastoral concerns and formulate pastoral plans to meet those concerns.

-To investigate matters pertaining to pastoral work by seeking the views and knowing the attitudes of the parish community through researching their needs, ideas, hopes and aspirations.
