FAITH FORMATION COMMITTEE

Welcome to Faith Formation Ministry Chart

"Full authority has been given to me both in heaven and on earth; go, therefore and make disciples of all the nations. Baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Teach them to carry out everything I have commanded you. And know that I am with you always, until the end of time”. (Mt. 28:18-20)

What is Faith Formation?

Faith formation seeks to develop the whole person to see things through the eyes of faith, which leads people to a mature adult faith. Catechesis is a lifelong process to develop the spiritual, intellectual and emotional capacity of a person to equip them for the mission that Jesus Christ has begun, to spread the Good News of Salvation to all.

“At some point, we feel Jesus is looking at us. He always makes us feel as though he knows we are here, and he promises a deeper encounter in which we will be the main character in our friendship with him.” (Pope Francis)
